Recruiting
Process
JOB SPEC
Before the sourcing process begins your designated consultant will give you a call to validate all the necessary details in terms of the position. This ensures that we also gather any relevant additional information which can help ensure we find the perfect candidate.
SOURCING
Advertisements are formulated and placed on specific platforms to ensure reaching a specific target audience. The sourcing process includes candidates responding to our placed adverts, candidates from our database, as well as those from various job portals. We don’t believe in focusing on only one portal; instead, we aim to ensure we find the diamond among the rough.
SCREENING
Our consultants are specialists in their field and, therefore, know their sector and industry jargon to ensure a candidate matches a position.
REFERENCE
We save you time and effort by ensuring that we conduct the necessary reference checks on the candidates we are putting forward. We can also arrange for a candidate to have all the ITC checks completed.
INTERVIEW
We meet all candidates face-to-face to ensure that they are committed to the process. If they are out of province, we ensure that we conduct a virtual call with them.
RESUME
We ensure that we provide clients with a comprehensive Putshana Personnel formatted CV, expertly customised for candidates; highlighting important information and ensuring it is easy to read.
CLIENT INTERVIEW
We ensure that all candidates are prepared for the interview. This includes ensuring they have the job spec, have conducted research on the company, have all the information they require regarding the interview, and have asked the consultant all the necessary questions. This saves both the client and candidate time and ensures both parties are on the same page before the interview takes place.
RESIGNATION AND SUPPORT
Once a decision has been made on the suitable candidate. We assist with the resignation process to ensure that the candidate does not have a change of heart. We also provide support to the candidate during their notice period as well as once they have started in their new role, the consultant will also stay in touch with the client to ensure satisfaction with the selected candidate.
